Setting up your site

Hello Phil Tirado here. I have been working in the fresh fruits and vegetable industry now for 15 years. These last 2 years I have been learning how to create multiple streams of income. I have been putting alot of time into education on the internet seeing how only 2% of the internet is being used. In the fresh fruit & vegetable industry I have noticed we do not utilize the internet as much as we should be. We are still accustomed to just sending out emails without utilizing campaign companies such as You are able to tell who is your audience as well as see if they are looking @ your email, how many times, or forwarding it. We feel that is a very valuable tool to have especially for the PRODUCE industry. We are able to setup groups such as chain buyers, brokers, & wholesalers. Living in the Sunshine State of Florida originally from Salinas California I have had trouble finding good salesman for produce. We have had a few good people start green (no experience) with very good skills then they come to the cold calling part and excel. They then turn to us with a frustrated look on their face. What happened? They did not give me a order. We have to explain the procedure to them that you will have to continue to call with deals sooner or later they might give you a chance. In some cases might be told to not call anymore. Tuesday night I was at THE WEALTH BUILDING ANNEX INTERNET MARKETING meeting here in Clearwater Florida. I am telling a few people the problem I am having on hiring here. So Bobbie Floerchinger says to me “let’s do a webinar on a job description with a power point presentation”. We will now being doing a webinar recruiting people from the University of South Florida. We are scheduled for some time late next week. I have been attending a lot of mastermind groups for the past 2 months with doing so we have been able to get great outside opinions & solutions to our problems. I will be posting the results of the webinar after it runs as well as recording it. So if this works which I believe it will please feel free to ask how you can do the same.
